I also absolutely love capturing families outdoors too! There are so many beautiful spots in Alpharetta and the surrounding areas, and the beauty of nature provides the perfect background for creating magical moments.
One of my specialties is working with natural light, and with the right weather, we can create some truly poetic, breathtaking photos.

When it comes to wardrobe for your session, the most important thing is to feel comfortable. My tip is to start with a piece you or your children absolutely love—whether it’s a favorite sweater or a dress that makes them smile—and build the rest of the outfits around that.
I believe light neutral colors always translate beautifully into timeless photos. Think beige, soft browns, off-white, or even moss green and light blue. These shades tend to blend harmoniously and keep the focus on you and your family, rather than the clothes.
I also suggest keeping prints to a minimum so the focus remains on your connections. Stick to basic, neutral pieces that complement each other, and feel free to play with textures like wool and linen, which look amazing on camera. And of course, don’t forget to bring your personal style into the mix—it’s your photos, after all <3
